4PM ensures transparency of the company processes and a comprehensive overview of the work orders as well as the company. 4PM allows us an overview of all business processes: the entry of mail, generating letters ... all of which is associated to the selected work order / project. Thus, we acquired the book of work orders, work orders cards, book of projects numbers ... as well as financial reports, which may be reviewed by different characteristics and needs.
At the beginning we were a little skeptical and we were postponing with start of the use of the application 4PM. Today, we know that 4PM was the right decision.

I was impressed by this amazing application and I am glad that I started using it. I use 4PM regularly and I manage all my projects in it. One of its best features is that I have all the project course history registered by adding comments in one spot. The reminder is also very useful, thus it helps us remember all the necessary tasks of the projects, even the less important ones. Even though most of our staff is independent cultural workers and we run our projects independently, without the necessity of control, I believe the hour registering system is a very good thing.
