Implementation Methodology
Phase I: Analysis
The implementation project begins with a kick-off meeting during which we identify the project's goals, establish guidelines and determine the tasks which will occur during the implementation. The goal of the analysis is to establish a comprehensive view of all your projects and resources and to define your business processes.
Phase II: Deployment
4PM was designed to meet your organization's needs. Our consultants and experts facilitate the implementation process by setting up system options so that your specific business rules and processes, list of activities, users, groups, organizations and other codes are properly implemented.
Database Setup
Our consultants and experts assist you in data migration and conversion (spreadsheets and other data sources) from your existing project management system into 4PM, thereby minimizing setup costs, accelerating system launch a ensuring rapid adoption.
Phase III: Knowledge Transfer
Once your 4PM has been set up, our focus shifts towards advanced training and knowledge transfer to ensure you maximize the returns from your investment. Training sessions can take place on or off site, depending on your preferences. We have designed several training workshops that address the needs of specific end-users in your organization:

Phase IV: Using 4PM
