4PM 1.3.2 has been released!

Our continuous search for improvements has resulted in a new, comprehensive set of improvements for the third generation of 4PM.

What is new?

Free Upgrades:


- Project ID: You can now add key project participants and their roles to the project ID. Metrics regarding project progress and financials, as well as graphical indicators, have also been added to provide you with a quick overview of the project's health.

- Finances: You can select and view either a detailed or summarized verzion of the financial status.

- Portal: When adding new documents to the portal or editing existing documents, you can select which project participants should be informed.

- We have added logical controls which check the duration of particular deliverables based on parent or subordinate deliverables.

- Review tab: Within this tab, you can now find a list of individuals who have not yet reported all their work completed.

- Project course: We have simplified project planning by adding the ability to import from and export to Excel spreadsheets. The project Gantt Chart can be exported as a picture in png format.

Additional upgrades (contact us for pricing)

- You can add the tab "changes" to your project home within which your organization can keep track of changes which influence the course of the project.

- Advanced user rights: With this new features, you can assign multi-layered rights to your projects:
1. General user groups (administrator, user...)
2. Project role (project manager, main contact person...)
3. Project rights (based on project group and rights on the group)
