4PM news and upgrades, version 1.2.0

Only short after receiving award for Development of second generation of web application for project management – 4PM by Slovenian Informatics Association - we have released new, important upgrades of 4PM, version 1.2.:
- Improved user interface for better overview.
- Users have new tab for My work overview
- Organizing project meetings is improved: all meeting actions are collected in tab My meetings. All meetings can be confirmed, evaluated and edited. Functionality is synchronized with Outlook.
- Project managers can confirm and evaluate tasks in My 4PM, My Tasks.
- General view (entrance page) can be adjusted to individual needs. Tasks and milestones can be hidden from general view page.
- Your project work with 4PM will be easier with many other smaller improvements.

Travel orders
4PM travel orders enables centralized database of travel orders and simple form for new travel orders. Responsible persons have special settings for confirmation and editing of travel orders, before sending them to the ERP System.

Correlations between tasks
Larger projects have various co-related tasks. We have developed a simple tool for relating tasks: for example, task 2 can begin only when task 1 is finished.

Overtime work
Project work is often associated with overtime work. Employees have simple tool to keep records of overtime hours, done and spent.

Project copies
New project entry is simplified and fastened with 1-click function “copy project”. Project manager only has to choose the data to copy: basic information, project team (participants), tasks, assignments, and portal structure.

Synchronization with ERP System MS Dynamics Navision
Synchronization simplifies project management, financial data and work done is entered in one of the applications and data transfer is performed by web service.
