Managing European cross-border, such as Interreg Italy-Slovenia, strategic projects is a very challenging endeavour. Through the adoption of 4PM, we were able to streamline communication and collaboration between project partners located in different countries. KB 1909 is dealing with investments in various companies in different countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Each business and consulting for an organization is taken as a project.
